Swami Suddhananda Giri gave a talk and conducted a guided meditation for the employees of Infosys in the campus at Pocharam, Hyderabad on January 30, 2019 at 3 pm. The 450-acre campus serves 24,000 employees and includes several state-of-the-art facilities including a large bamboo hut styled meditation hall amidst ashram-like surroundings. After a brief tour of the campus Swamiji was escorted to a modern seminar hall which had a large LED screen and mikes at each of the desks, which enabled the audience to easily ask questions. Around 150 employees consisting of mostly young IT employees, attended the session. A 5-minute introduction of YSS with the visuals was shown and then a brief about Swamiji was given. Swamiji  spoke on how meditation can lead to success in life. He quoted from popular management books and then compared Guruji's quotes on the same subject. Finally leading to meditation as the most effective way to achieve success, Swamiji led a 10-minute guided meditation and visualization exercise. The attendees were in rapt attention all through the session especially during the meditation where there was a perceptible presence of God and Guru. After the talk there were interesting and enthusiastic questions, some of which were as follows:  

* What is Kriya Yoga and how is it different from Karma Yoga?

* How to do Kriya Yoga?

* Can meditation help us to become tension-free?

* How did Ekalavya get trained by a "virtual" Guru?

* A question from a person who was acquainted with Autobiography of a Yogi was, "Can we too become intuitive like Yoganandaji who could predict his brother's death in Japan?"

* Bhagwad Gita asks us to focus at the Nasikagraha which is the tip of the nose, but you asked us to focus at the point between the eyebrows, why?

All the questions were satisfactorily answered by Swamji. The peaceful, calm and focused answers by Swamiji impressed the audiences and left them wanting more. The enthusiasm continued to well over an hour, where Swamiji was thronged by people pouring out questions. Towards the end of the presentation Swamiji explained how to become YSS lesson members and learn more.
