Gurupurnima is a sacred occasion of every YSS devotee, to pay our deep reverence and gratitude to the Guru. This year the day fell on aSunday, July 9, 2017 and there was even greater attendance than usual in Hyderabad Dhyana Kendra. There was a full day programme which started with a long meditation from 10 am to 1.00 pm followed by lunch. After the lunch there was a beautiful bhajan session for an hour, where devotees sang with devotion in honour of the Guru. The day concluded with an evening session of Energization Exercises and meditation after serving tea to all the devotees. Towards the end there was pushpanjali, where devotees came forward to offer their love and respects to the in front of a large picture of Gurudeva.
